Ali Hadji-Heshmati was born in London, United Kingdom to a Muslim family. He got first acting role in 2020 released action adventure drama series Alex Rider.  The series is created by Guy Burt and based on Alex Rider, an ordinary teenager enlisted to work on behalf of MI6. He subsequently acted as Abs Raza in Holby City in the following year. Ali got immense popularity after starring as George Karim in TV series Lockwood & Co which premiered on Netflix.
