JavaScript Interview Questions and Answer

About Course
JavaScript is one of the most popular programming languages for web development and is widely used to create interactive websites and web applications. As such, it is also a popular topic for technical interviews. This course will cover the most common JavaScript interview questions and provide detailed answers to help you prepare for your next interview.
JavaScript is a high-level, interpreted programming language that was initially created in just ten days in May 1995 by Brendan Eich, then working at Netscape Communications Corporation. The initial name of the language was Mocha, which was later changed to LiveScript, and finally to JavaScript.
At the time, Netscape was in fierce competition with Microsoft’s Internet Explorer for dominance in the emerging web browser market. Netscape wanted to provide a more interactive browsing experience and saw the need for a scripting language that could be embedded in web pages and executed by web browsers. This led to the development of JavaScript, which was initially intended to be a simple scripting language for adding interactivity to web pages.
JavaScript quickly gained popularity, as it allowed web developers to create more dynamic and interactive websites. It was standardized in 1997 as ECMAScript, with the first edition being released by the European Computer Manufacturers Association (ECMA).
In the early days of JavaScript, the language was primarily used for simple tasks such as form validation and image rollovers. However, as the language evolved and new features were added, it became possible to create more complex applications using JavaScript.
In 2004, the term “Ajax” was coined by Jesse James Garrett in an article on his website, referring to a set of technologies that included JavaScript, XML, and other web technologies that could be used to create dynamic web applications. This marked a turning point for JavaScript, as it began to be used more widely for creating complex web applications.
Today, JavaScript is used extensively for web development and is supported by all major web browsers. It has evolved to become a full-fledged programming language, capable of creating complex and sophisticated applications both on the client and server side. Popular JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, and Vue.js have made it even easier to build modern, dynamic web applications.
